We started Sirena in 2016 because we saw something obvious that no one was building: every small business in Latin America was already living in WhatsApp, and none of them had a sales tool that worked there. So we built one.
Four years later we sold the company to Zenvia. The lessons below are the ones I keep coming back to — the ones I’d tell myself in 2016 if I could.
